Lynsey Docherty is a lirico-spinto soprano whose recent operatic roles include Tchaikovsky's Tatyana, Verdi's Violetta, Mozart's Donna Anna & J. Strauss' Rosalinde as well as covering the title role in Tosca. In concert, Lynsey has performed as a soloist at the South Bank, the Linbury, Royal Opera House, and at festivals and music societies nationwide, together with acclaimed concert appearances at venues including Salisbury, Exeter and Norwich Cathedrals.

Lynsey is also an advocate of opera and music in education and as such is a vocal animateur for a number of theatres, orchestras and opera companies.
